I think what this means is that the information and truth is in your head sitting there, but when it actually comes out and you realize that you have had this information stored you feel that it must be a mistake, but in the end you have to realize and embrace the fact that you do hold truth, knowledge, and wisdom within your mind.

I think that people always think that the truth is somewhere out there that they must go search for it but in actuality its within themselves. I feel like its always said that the truth is out there you have to find it so people have this notion that they need to have experiences to find the truth so when they realize its been within themselves they doubt it. So i agree with what you are saying about embracing the truth that one holds within their mind
